Mega Ringtone allows you to easily create your own custom, pro ringtones for iPhone. Snip, fade in, and fade out your local music files or even record your surroundings with the built in mic.
Instructions:
1.On your phone, open a local music file or record your own voice.
2.Drag the arrows to specify the slice of the song that you want.
3.Email the file to your self OR save it to Dropbox (upgrade option).
4.On your computer, double click the the .m4r ringtone file and it will be automatically synced to your iTunes ringtone library.
5.You can sync it with your phone from there.

Awesome 1st person 2 review anyways would be cool if u could be able 2 mix recordings or songs together
The little bit I have used it has been quite useful; however, the new icon looks bland, generic, and is harder to find when Im looking for the app. The old icon stood out a lot more and was much nicer looking in my opinion.
Some bad moments
It seems that there have been no updates or support for quite a while.
What? No support iPhone 5 yet? <_<
No work on iOS 7 beta
For the moment this app sucks!
I got this then realized had to sync with computer, BUT following the directions it was easy and it is now, BY FAR the best app I have. On iTunes the ringtones go right to your iphone, but only 1 ring tone costs MORE than this app, and is limited to what they offer. Now I get to choose what ringtone I want and woot.....I LOVE IT!!
Useless app. Voice recorder that comes default with the iPhone does pretty much the same thing. You have to sync our recorded ringtone through iTunes on your computer before you can use it. Waste of time/money.
Gorgeous graphics and very easy to use.

I cant say how good this app is because it crashes when I try to save the ringtone I made but everything else is works fine up to the point of saving
